(xi). All calls of further moneys that may be ade by Govern-
-ment upon the Marine Lot Omers during the progress of the work to be duly honoured by the latter, provided
that, pending the ascertainment of the actual cost of
the scheme, the aount of such calls, together with the
deposit of 25 per centum referred to in clause (viii)
shall not exceed the estimated cost of the scheme.
(xii). Each Marine Lot Owner to pay Crown Rent at the rate of
$500 per acre in respect of any subdivision that may be allotted to him, com.encing from the date of a written notice signed by or on behalf of the Director of Public Works intimating that such subdivision is at his disposal. Provided that in no case shall the Director of Public Works issue such written notice until such sub-
-division and any adjacent street or streets shall have been put in proper order. Fach Marine Lot Owner shall further, when called upon to do so, take out a Crown Lease for each subdivision that may be allotted to him. (xiii). No rebatement of Annual Crown Rent to be claimed by any
Marine Lot Owner in respect of his present holding. (xiv). Each Karine Lot Owner to pay premium at the rate of
25 cents per square foot in respect of any subdivision that may be allotted to him. Such premium to be paid into the Treasury within 7 days of the date of the written notice referred to in (xii).
(xv). The leases for the aforesaid subdivisions to be for 99 years with the option of renewal at a Crown Rent to be fixed by the Governor for the time being for one further
term of 99 years.
(xvi). Subject to the Goverment acquiring the estate or
interest in the reclamation scheme of the owners of the
